Requirements and Guidance for Farm Employers
Farms should follow current L&I Requirements and Guidance for Preventing COVID-19 (September 12, 2021) that includes how to maintain a safe, COVID-free work environment, how to verify work vaccination status, and additional guidance for protecting workers.
Farm employers should also be aware of updated temporary housing rules (May 28, 2021) that align with CDC guidance and pertain to masking, physical distancing, training, cleaning and sanitation, and ventilation.
