Italian Ryegrass Control

Hello Subscribers:

Italian ryegrass control has become increasingly difficult as new biotypes resistant to the commonly used herbicides continue to spread. The newest chemistry in the battle against Italian ryegrass in wheat is pyroxasulfone (Zidua and Anthem Flex herbicides). See results from the latest WSU field study looking at the effect of application timing on Italian ryegrass control with Zidua SC in this Timely Topic.
